Dali M'a Dit. French paperback of behind-the-scenes conversations had with Dali by the author, French journalist and writer, Louis Pauwels. Pauwels directed the magazine Arts et Culture in 1952, and later in 1977, he directed the cultural services of Le Figaro. He wrote about art and was himself a painter - incidentally, he developed close friendships with many of the artists of his time. Dali M'a Dit was written later with materials collected while Pauwel wrote his book Les Passions selon Dali, and is taken from the same long interviews with the artist at Dali's home in Portlligat, Spain. Book includes notes from Dali about his thoughts on the text published.
