Flair Magazine, January 1951. Final published issue of the famously short-lived brainchild of Fleur Cowles. The magazine was too beautiful to last long and almost bankrupted her husband, but its effects are seen in every fashion magazine today. This final issue features articles on the best of London accompanied by a tear-out guide, the new society scene in Moscow, an interview with Mary Hemingway titled "Life with Papa," an interview with Winston Churchill on his hobby of painting, a cover and several illustrations by fabulous fashion illustrator René Gruau, and more.

❣️ Measures approx. 13.1" H x 9.75" W x 0.2" D. Good to decent condition - some yellowing, chipping on spine, some rusting to staples, and slight creasing to upper left hand corner of pages.
